General (delivery) conditions

Prices
All mentioned prices are in Euros. Double D Designs bv, reserves the right to change prices at any time. Prices mentioned are only binding when the order is accepted by Double D Designs bv,
All prices are inclusive of VAT, 21% according to Dutch law, and exclusive of possible shipping costs.

Products
The products supplied are the products as shown. If the delivered product differs from the product in the picture, this will be stated in the text.

Seller's liability
The seller makes every effort to accurately comply with specified delivery times, special wishes regarding shipping, etc. However, the seller is in no way liable for damage of any kind, if delivery times or special wishes cannot be met. Nor can the buyer claim dissolution of the agreement on that basis.

Complaints, applicable law
If, despite our care, you have complaints about the products or our services, we request that you notify us of these complaints in writing or by email. We will do everything we can to find a suitable solution with you. Dutch law is exclusively applicable to all agreements concluded with us and any disputes arising from this.

Guarantee
The warranty granted by Double D Designs bv, on products supplied by it, only applies to manufacturing defects and is limited to returning the product or refund the purchase price. Double D Designs bv, will not accept any liability regarding the use of the product. Double D Designs bv, guarantees that all goods are shipped in good condition. Receipt of damaged goods by the buyer is at the buyer's own risk. If goods are damaged during transport, Double D Designs bv will replace them free of charge. However, this only applies if the buyer can demonstrate that goods have been refused on delivery. Proof of this refusal to purchase is necessary for Double D Designs bv, to be able to claim goods from the relevant transport company.

Returns
You can request a return by sending an e-mail to [email protected]
You will then receive a return number which you must clearly state on the return shipment when you return the goods to us. The return goods must be returned in the original packaging.
For the processing of your return we need the following information: the article number, color, size and number you want to return. Also a description of the reason for the return. Items ordered / produced for you cannot be returned. In addition, we request that you indicate the invoice number from us, so that we can find out when the products have been delivered.Unfortunately, without this number we cannot create a return shipment in our system, and we cannot credit the items.

You will no longer receive a full refund for returns that you purchased more than 1 month ago. A full overview of the fees that apply to a return shipment can be found below:

100% within 1 month
Within 2 months 75%
50% within 3 months
> 3 months 0%

If the return does not meet the above conditions, we unfortunately cannot accept the return, because we cannot process it in our administration.
We are then forced to return it if necessary.

Delivered goods
The delivered goods remain the property of Double D Designs bv until the purchase price, including any additional costs, have been paid. If, in addition to claims arising from this delivery, there are other claims against the other party, the delivered goods will only become property after full payment of all claims.

Security and privacy
By entering into an agreement, the customer gives Double D Designs BV permission to process his personal data for the execution of the agreement and the administration and management tasks of Double D Designs BV.
These personal data are only accessible to Double D Designs BV and are not provided to third parties, unless Double D Designs BV is obliged to do so by law or court order.
