The SCOTT Hydro Qualifier Hip-Belt is designed to fastens to the waist. An included, long-hose water bladder can be fixed to the mouth piece of the helmet and allows riders to drink without having to stop. It also has additional storage pockets for tools and a protective fleece pocket for cell phones.
